About

Cindy Kaiser has been employed by the University of Arizona since 2006. She began her career at the university at the University of Arizona Alumni Association holding a variety of positions, such as Gift Processor, Administrative Associate, and Business Development. While working full time at the Alumni Association, Cindy attended school part-time obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Arizona in 2016, then going on to obtain her master’s degree from Northern Arizona University in 2019. Cindy had the full support of her employer to obtain her degrees, which encouraged her to do the same for others, which led Cindy to become an academic advisor for the Eller College of Management. While working in Eller, Cindy provided academic and career guidance to students within main campus and within the fully online program.

Currently, Cindy is the Student Success Coordinator at the College of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences (CALES) in the School of Nutritional Sciences and Wellness (NSW). This role will help support the efforts of student programming in NSW, students and college events, and provide resources and support to students and advisors in the Student Nutrition Advising Center (S.N.A.C.). With the connections made within the university and the skills learned along the way in Eller, this role will combine all knowledge gained throughout her entire experience at the University of Arizona.

In her free time, Cindy enjoys travelling, cooking, connecting with family and friends, and spending time with her husband and their daughter, whom is also a University of Arizona graduate.
