For Preceptorship, Directed Research, Internship, Independent Study, and/or Honors Thesis.

  1. Contact the instructor you would like to work with and discuss the scope of the project.
    • Advertised openings for the upcoming semester are posted in your advising D2L portal.
  2. Work with your instructor to help you complete the form.
    • For internships (NSC 393/493) you’ll complete the “Internship Work Plan Form”, which requires you to also work with your site supervisor to complete.
  3. Email the completed form to NSW-ExpLearning@arizona.edu (link sends e-mail).

*For NSC 391/491, a screenshot of the completed FERPA Training for Instructors and Instructional Support Teams must be submitted along with your application.
