About Me
I began my scientific career enamored by and pursuing the mysteries of the mind and cognition from a biological perspective. By the end of my undergraduate education, my original interests in cultivating health and well-being through neurobiology were supplanted by a more holistic vision also including nutrition, mindfulness, & movement. I am now an aspiring personalized, holistic and preventative medicine researcher and professional.

Why did you choose the Nutritional Sciences Graduate Program at the University of Arizona?
I chose to be here because I wanted to contribute to the emerging research and development of personalized and precision nutrition! The NSC faculty is also quite versatile in perspectives and backgrounds, overall embodying more integrative pursuits to wellness. I am grateful to be a part of this emerging field and to be surrounded by fascinating areas of research!
