Cultivate: Dietetics Networking Night

The purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for dietetics students, interns, and professionals to meet and learn about the careers of dietetics professionals from diverse backgrounds and work experiences.

In a speed networking style, nutrition professionals will be assigned a station, and students will be assigned to small groups that will travel to 10 different stations. Students will then have the opportunity to go back and visit with professionals who they are interested in speaking with further!

Event Goals:

1. Provide an opportunity for student/intern attendees to meet and learn about a minimum of 10 dietetics professionals' careers during the event. 
2. Provide representation for dietetics communities (districts, MIGs, DPGs), resources (scholarships, educational tools), and volunteer opportunities (FNCE, annual state meeting, volunteer positions) in order to promote participation in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
